Ken Jones, CSP, CPSM, C.P.M., LSSMBB, Optimize Life Skills Coach, is a business and education problem-solver and adjunct supply chain management faculty for Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business Evening MBA and Indiana State University’s Scott College of Business. In Mr. Jones’ educational roles, he teaches advanced global sourcing and procurement and applied lean-six sigma for Indiana University and Indiana State University, as well as new supply chain management academies in partnership with Urban Alliance, a social service organization in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Mr. Jones' previous roles include full-time operations and supply chain management faculty at Western Michigan University, Indiana State University, Indiana University and Business Administration Program Chair at Ivy Tech Community College – Indianapolis. During this time frame, he developed and implemented training and executive education solutions for over 75 organizations in supply chain, marketing, supervision and leadership and general management.

Before shifting his focus to the education and consulting field full-time in 2005, Mr. Jones was a supply chain management professional with over 15 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in direct/indirect purchasing and operations management at Ford Motor Company, Rolls-Royce Aerospace, Roche Pharmaceuticals and Hillenbrand Industries. He finished his industry career as a supply chain senior executive at Hillenbrand.
