Howard-Levy

Howard Levy, Vice President, Global Sourcing, Zimmer Biomet

Howard Levy has 30-plus years of global strategic sourcing experience across diverse industries. He is currently Vice President, Global Sourcing for Zimmer Biomet. In 2015, he took on accountability for all of Zimmer Biomet’s direct and indirect sourcing, including global sites in North America, Europe, and Asia. Prior to Zimmer Biomet, he was Chief Procurement Officer at Biomet after joining Biomet in 2007 and creating a new global sourcing organization. His previous experience includes leadership roles at Ryerson, Case New Holland, CSX and Navistar International Transportation Company. Beyond his years of global strategic sourcing experience across diverse industries, Mr. Levy currently serves on the board of directors for the Institute of Supply Management and is an Advisory Board member for OMTEC. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an MBA with both degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.

Brandy-Maranian

Brandy Maranian, Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain and Procurement, Smith+Nephew

Brandy Maranian joined Smith+Nephew in January 2019 as Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain. She has over 30 years of strategic sourcing and supply chain experience. Prior to joining Smith+Nephew, she held numerous leadership roles at Honeywell, Kraft Foods, Carefusion (now Becton Dickinson) and Alere (now Abbott). She has driven a variety of supply chain transformations across many different industries with an emphasis on top talent, business focus and result execution. Ms. Maranian holds an MS in business administration from Boston University with a BS in general engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. She served as an officer in the U.S. Army, stationed in Germany.

Jodie-Gilmore

Jodie Gilmore, Director of Orthopedics and Strategic Business Development, Elos Medtech

Jodie Gilmore leads the global orthopedics business for Elos Medtech AB. In her role, Ms. Gilmore is responsible for driving an innovative growth strategy, developing the group’s existing markets and evaluating future opportunities to optimize the customer value proposition. Ms. Gilmore serves on the executive leadership team for Elos Medtech as a key strategic advisor to develop the company both organically and through acquisitions. She has more than 20 years of experience within Med Device, primarily as an owner and chief executive of U.S. based Onyx Medical prior to its acquisition by Elos Medtech in 2015. During her tenure, Ms. Gilmore has driven change, delivered successful outcomes and established strong and long-lasting relationships with leading orthopedic companies around the globe. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business and first launched her career with Apple Computer.

Victor Swint, Chief Executive Officer, Tecomet

Victor Swint is a growth-focused, performance-driven executive with solid strategic, business management, and transformational execution experience gained through progressive roles with leading global manufacturing organizations. He possesses in-depth knowledge of sophisticated strategy, product development, global product management and technology road mapping concepts. Mr. Swint excels at aligning teams and resources to drive change and achieve aggressive corporate goals, and he has extensive international presence and cultural awareness. Mr. Swint came to Tecomet after leading a private equity owned manufacturer of fiber-reinforced gasket material through a value-building process and successful sale in 2008. He has 20 years of experience in leading manufacturing corporations, businesses including Illinois Tool Works, Rockwell Automation and Danaher Corporation.

A University of Maryland graduate, Mr. Swint also earned a Master’s in Business Administration from Harvard.
