Access to information and raw data has never been easier than it is today. The amount of big data flowing through your organization is getting larger and larger. Capturing these data and displaying it in a way that’s easy to understand can help project managers make faster and better decisions and can, as a result, increase your organization’s project success rate.
In this presentation, we’ll discuss the use of business intelligence (BI) in project management and give examples of how we’ve used big data in a manufacturing setting to increase visibility into active projects. BI tools can transform large data sets into actionable dashboards for project managers, enabling faster and better decision-making. Having access to the raw data and results from previous projects has helped us better plan and ensure successful projects.
