Let’s face it, the past two+ years have forced you to execute new levels of flexibility, adaptability and perseverance. You’ve found smarter ways to work and collaborate. You’ve achieved nimbleness and assertiveness in the face of adversity. You’ve identified new ways to thrive within your individual roles and responsibilities. Members of the OMTEC Advisory Board will convene for a panel discussion on lessons they’ve learned during the pandemic and share advice on achieving success moving forward. The panel pulls together members of executive management teams with perspectives in operations, regulatory and R&D to provide a diverse understanding of the recent challenges faced and the opportunities ahead. The panel will discuss specifics around people and culture, and they’ll address the more significant issues of the day like EU MDR and supply chain challenges.
