James Kwan is the Vice President of Operations at Innovasis, a privately-held spine company. He is also the Owner and Principal Consultant of OPM Consulting, which provides operational performance and project management services for OEM, contract manufacturing and private equity organizations. Mr. Kwan has served in senior operational, supply chain and technical leadership roles at leading medical device and technology companies for the past 30 years, including Edwards, Honeywell, Integra Lifesciences, SciMed Life Systems, SeaSpine Orthopedics, St. Jude Medical and Tornier.
