David Finch has held positions of global responsibility in both supply chain and manufacturing operations with Becton Dickinson, Johnson & Johnson, Wright Medical and MicroPort Orthopedics during his 30+ year career. He recently founded Insight Collaboration Partners LLC, which focuses on strategic sourcing, planning and procurement process optimization and improved intra- and inter-company collaboration. He took a short break from the orthopaedic industry to work with Centex Homes in Dallas, Texas, where he negotiated and implemented the company’s first national single source supply contract and led supply planning and logistics for Extreme Home Makeover in Seattle, Washington. He has a Master’s Degree in Operations Management and is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.
