Mr. Finch has more than 30 years of hands-on experience in global supply chain and manufacturing operations in the medical device industry. In addition to being an author and speaker, he is President and Founder of Insight Collaboration Partners, a consulting group that assists companies in M&A due diligence, post-acquisition business process consolidation, strategic supply partnering, improving collaboration and maximizing operational efficiency. Mr. Finch previously served as Senior Director of Planning and Procurement at MicroPort Orthopedics and Wright Medical, where his leadership responsibilities included demand planning, supply chain planning, procurement and the integrated business planning process. He also provided global operations and supply chain leadership at Becton Dickinson, Johnson & Johnson, PVT Solar and Centex Homes.
