Jerry Brown, Vice President of Global Supply Chain, X-spine Systems

Mr. Brown is the Vice President of Global Supply Chain at X-spine Systems, part of Xtant Medical. Prior to joining X-spine, Mr. Brown worked as a med device industry consultant, as an operations executive at Aesculap, Tornier and Alcon Laboratories, and as a management consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton and Accenture.

He received a Bachelor’s Degree from Rice University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and a member of the Medical Device Supply Chain Council. Mr. Brown is certified in Integrated Resource Management (CIRM) and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Robin Hooker, Director of Healthcare Marketing, UPS

Mr. Hooker and his team formulate healthcare solutions designed to serve manufacturers, distributors, providers, labs, clinical research organizations and dispensers to leverage UPS’ healthcare logistics expertise to improve efficiency while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Prior to his current assignment, Mr. Hooker served as Director of Global Strategy, Healthcare Logistics, where he coordinated the UPS Pain in the (Supply) Chain Survey, which focuses on the top issues, strategies and insights facing healthcare supply chain executives. He has held previous positions in marketing and finance for UPS in numerous locations for more than 26 years. Mr. Hooker received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from California State University Sacramento.


James Kwan, Managing Director and Owner, OPM Consulting

James Kwan webJames Kwan is the Managing Director and Owner of OPM Consulting, a provider of operational project management, operations process management and organizational performance management services for global clients.

Mr. Kwan has held senior leadership positions managing manufacturing and supply chain operations at St. Jude Medical, Tornier, Edwards Lifesciences, Integra LifeSciences and SeaSpine, and also previously served as a member of the OMTEC Advisory Board.




Lars Rohrberg, Director of Product Management and Innovation, Cardinal Health Inventory Management Solutions

Lars Rohrberg webLars Rohrberg is the Director of Product Management and Innovation for Cardinal Health Inventory Management Solutions. In prior roles, Mr. Rohrberg was responsible for Marketing at WaveMark, and earlier focused on designing solutions for medical device manufacturers and healthcare providers. His deep roots in supply chain, healthcare and technology have brought several innovative solutions to market.

Mr. Rohrberg has held leadership roles at Oracle, Syncra and Tandem Computers. He holds a bachelor’s degree in international business marketing and management from the Copenhagen Business School and has attended the Harvard Business School Executive Education program on supply chain.
