Joe Kuranda web Joseph Kuranda is Director, Business Development, DePuy Synthes companies of Johnson & Johnson. He has headed licensing and acquisition activities with the joint reconstruction group since 2005, assisting with notable larger deals such as Hand Innovations, Finsbury Medical and Synthes. Prior to business development, Mr. Kuranda held sales and marketing roles within DePuy, Johnson & Johnson Orthopaedics and ETHICON Endo-Surgery in the U.S. and Europe. He has a Bachelors from Cornell University, MBA from Georgetown.  

Bob Lynch web 

Robert Lynch is the Vice President of R&D and Marketing at Tecomet and has an extensive 44-year background in the development of high tech businesses, high tech processes and product development. Mr. Lynch started his career with the original parent of Tecomet, Thermo Electron, where he worked on the early development of artificial hearts and material development. Mr. Lynch has been a vital member of the Tecomet acquisition team responsible for four acquisitions over the last three years.
Bob Kinsella web  Robert Kinsella, President, founded Kinsella Group in 1988. Over the past 27 years he has developed a broad range of experience in acquisitions, capital sourcing and sale of highly successful as well as challenged enterprises. Kinsella Group serves acquirers and sellers among med device contract manufacturers, OEMs, biologics companies, healthcare services and equipment companies. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri and Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Mr. Kinsella is a veteran, having served in the U.S. Navy.  
urbanowicz  Don Urbanowicz has a 30-year successful track record of performance with multinational healthcare companies. He has served in various leadership roles spanning General Management, Global Marketing, Sales, Strategic Planning, and Business Development. He has successfully concluded 40+ transactions (35 percent outside the U.S.), primarily pre-revenue/technology and revenue-generating bolt-ons, since 2001. In January 2011, Mr. Urbanowicz founded Urbanowicz Consulting (UC) as a medical device advisory firm with a musculoskeletal focus to enable clients to achieve their strategic and transaction-related goals by capitalizing on market opportunities.
