OMTEC 2019 Exhibitor Demonstrations and Presentations

Nine Exhibiting Companies Will Deliver In-Booth Demonstrations or Presentations!
View the Agenda!

  OMTEC D2 0238

Abstract Submission Process (Now Closed)
New for 2019 and at the suggestion of OMTEC’s Advisory Board, nine exhibiting companies will be selected to deliver a 15-minute, in-booth presentation during unopposed exhibit floor time on June 12 and 13...allowing companies like yours the opportunity to educate attendees on important and timely topics, from new manufacturing techniques to process pain points and beyond.

What would you like to demonstrate? What solution can you share? What knowledge or lessons do you possess that would benefit your prospective customers?

You’re encouraged to submit one or more abstracts (free from marketing hype) for consideration.

The selected presentations will be marketed to all attendees via email campaigns, an exhibitor-presentation-exclusive agenda on the OMTEC website and in the OMTEC Final Program. (Abstracts that are not selected will receive a notable mention online.)

Are you interested? If yes, carefully read and make yourself familiar with the requirements, below. When you’re ready.

  • You must be an OMTEC exhibitor.
  • Your abstract must be received through the online abstract submission form before the February 1 deadline.

Abstract Review Process

  • Abstracts will be vetted by OMTEC’s Industry Advisory Board on the basis of content, educational value, relevance and overall program balance. Company commercials and blatant marketing speak will be rejected. Incomplete abstracts will not be considered.

Abstract Requirements

  • Abstract title
  • Abstract (2,000 characters with spaces maximum)
  • Presentation takeaways (400 characters with spaces maximum)

Additionally, you'll be asked to multi-select recommended/ideal attendees from a list of primary responsibilities. (R&D/Product Development; Purchasing; Supply Chain Management; Quality, Regulatory
or Clinical Affairs; Operations; Manufacturing; Sales/Marketing; Executive Management; Other)

  • A $185 fee will be charged for each abstract you submit. The fee is not refundable, even if the abstract is not selected. The fee will be paid online by credit card at the time of your submission.

Key Dates

  • Abstract Submission Deadline: February 1, 2019
  • Results Sent to all Abstract Submitters: February 28, 2019
  • Presentation Dates: June 12 and 13, 2019

Other Important Details
